Dark eggplant bloom with darker eye , green throat and bright white midribs radiating out from throat, on both petals and sepals. Sepal tips sometimes are white after cool nights.
An almost pure white double with great reflective quality and substance that's seen from across the garden, this plant has the same unusual quilled, folded and ruffled petaloids as her 'Stunning' sisters. The throat starts out lime, extending out to lemon on the 5" blooms, which sit nicely above its 22" plant. Bud count is 14. It's Dormant, Diploid, and fertile both ways. BANANA CURLS is a very recurved, narrow, Unusual Form bloom. It's a Small Flower, only 4", of bright saturated yellow, with 1/4" white edges, and a green throat. Dancing Petals - Lavender double with large bright lime green throat that extends far out onto petals, ending in a small white edge. Bloom is 6" wide. Registered as 34", but scapes vary from 29" to 37" high. This is a lady of many faces, each more beautiful than the next. She's free flowering, a rebloomer, 3 way branched with 15 buds per scape. DANCING PINK PRINCESS - A lovely cool pink 10"+ bloom with pinched and folded petals and corkscrew sepals that sometimes quill as well. She has a large, light, lemon lime green throat, a white midrib and very small white edge on petals. Bloom is Early Midseason, with 3 way branching and 18 buds on a 42" tall scape. LAVENDER PINK CLOUD - I've been enjoying this 5.5" Stippled beauty in my garden for years and have decided to release it. The bloom is a very pale, cool lavender pink beauty with green heart going out to a lemon lime throat, surrounded by a cloudy, stippled lavender eye. All is intersected with a white midrib. There's a double edge, one lavender, stippled and ruffled, which is surrounded with a guided wire picotte. This plant has 24 buds on a 30" hi scape with 5 way branching. SPOTTED BABY DRAGON - Is an intense Lipstick red with a darker red eye, yellow green throat, large cream ruffled edge and cream midrib. This plants Passion's Promise heritage is obvious. Most days the cream edge has bright red spots. This small bloom is 3.75" to 4", with 12+ buds on a 24" scape. This plant repeats in my zone 6 garden. Blooms start Early-Midseason, and go into August.
