An intense bright lipstick red, with a lighter red watermark, yellow/green throat and white edge. PASSION'S HEART DESIRE bloomed single the first year and has doubled 50% of the time every year after that. It has many faces, sometimes round, sometimes quilled and sometimes the doubling is crested. The bloom is 6", with 28" scapes, and 18 buds on 3 way branching. Mid-Late season, blooming into August. Vigorous, Semi-Evergreen, Tetraploid. Fertile both ways. Has been a good parent. (sdlg 132.98)
